Welcome. My name is Olia Zayarova and I am a personal trainer.
My role as your trainer is to hold the vision you have for yourself and then together with you design a complex exercise, diet, breathing, relaxation and meditation program that works best for you and makes your body feel as it is designed to feel.
The training process addresses specific personal well-being goals.
We first explore where you are now. Next step is to uncover what your obstacles or challenges might be, and finally we design a course of action so that you can begin to create the lifestyle you want.
