My name is Olia Zayarova and I'm a personal trainer.
My role as your trainer is to hold the vision you have for yourself and your life and together with you create the right complex of physical exercises for your daily practice that works best for you and makes your body feel as it is designed to feel.
My style is fluid, feminine, intuitive and creative.
My classes combine active workout with deep stretching; they work and stretch the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. They are inspired by my love to Dance, Kundalini yoga, Five Tibetan Rites, Dynamic meditation, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda.
